*Update – Second Robbery Suspect Arrested * State Police Investigating WSFS Bank Robbery in Rehoboth Beach

The Delaware State Police have arrested 39-year-old Mark Smith, of Ellendale, Delaware, as the second suspect involved in the bank robbery that occurred last month at WSFS Bank in Rehoboth Beach.
During the investigation, detectives learned that a second suspect, identified as Mark Smith, helped Demetrius Frith-Thompson plan and commit the robbery. Detectives also learned that Smith drove Frith-Thompson to the area of WSFS Bank and after the robbery, Frith-Thompson discarded his disguise, changed clothes in the Chick-fil-A bathroom, met Smith and fled the area.
On September 8, 2026, Smith was arrested and taken to Troop 4. He was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and committed to the Department of Correction on a $6,000 secured bond and violation of probation.

- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony)
