ALOFT AeroArchitects secures EASA validation for its Gogo Galileo FDX BBJ STC, supporting international operators and fleet growth.

GEORGETOWN, DE, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ALOFT AeroArchitects has received European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) validation for its Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) ST04815NY for the Gogo Galileo FDX terminal on Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) 737-700 aircraft. The validation expands access to Gogo's high-speed, global in-flight connectivity solution for European-registered operators and broadens the international applicability of ALOFT's FAA-approved STC. Approximately one year after securing the industry's first Galileo FDX STC for BBJ aircraft and completing the inaugural installation, ALOFT has since supported additional installations at its Georgetown, Delaware, facility and has delivered installation kits to authorized Gogo dealers worldwide.

"The initial Galileo FDX installation demonstrated both the capability of the technology and the strength of our certification and integration core competencies," said Scott Meyer, CEO of ALOFT AeroArchitects. "Over the past year, we've continued to build momentum through additional installations and kit deliveries. With EASA validation in place, we're positioned to support an even broader segment of the global BBJ fleet."

ALOFT offers both turnkey installations at its Georgetown, Delaware facility and installation kits for qualified installers worldwide.

Operators interested in upgrading to the Galileo FDX terminal are encouraged to email: https://aloftaero.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3 to confirm STC applicability and schedule installation.
